You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Farko Indistries is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create within ArchiSync. Farko Indistries retains ownership of the platform, brand, and underlying technology.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ArchiSync at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farko Indistries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ArchiSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
